Tajik schoolchildren have returned from the International BRAINIACS Olympiad, which was held from April 24 to 30 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Olympiad was attended by 117 students from comprehensive schools of Tajikistan, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan reports .
Our schoolchildren demonstrated impressive results, winning 60 medals. 12 students won gold medals, 12 more won silver medals, and 36 won bronze medals. This success became a clear proof of the high level of education and training of students in Tajikistan.



Yesterday, May 1, a ceremonial meeting of the winners and participants of the Olympiad was held at the Dushanbe International Airport. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan, as well as teachers, parents and students. The winners were met with flowers and congratulations.
The BRAINIACS Olympiad, organized by the international educational platform, is one of the largest intellectual competitions for schoolchildren. This year, participants from around the world demonstrated their knowledge in mathematics, logic, and critical thinking.


The Tajik delegation showed itself worthy, confirming the high level of preparation of students. Among the awardees are both senior and junior school students, which indicates the wide coverage and high potential of education in the country.
