Employees of the Department of Internal Affairs No. 1 of the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe held the owners of two entertainment establishments accountable for disturbing public order and the peace of citizens at night. This was reported by the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dushanbe.
The inspection was prompted by numerous complaints from local residents about loud music and noise coming from the Shomi Farkhor and Sitora establishments at night. During the inspection, it was established that the said centers continued to operate at unspecified times, systematically violating the Law on Silence and causing inconvenience to citizens living nearby.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Khokimdzhon Teshayev (34) and Alisher Saidov (30) — owners of the entertainment establishments Shomi Farkhor and Sitora, respectively — were detained during the operational activities. The materials on these offenses were sent to court.
By a court decision, based on current legislation, each of the violators was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of five days.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan reminds owners of entertainment establishments of the need to strictly adhere to operating hours, as well as current sanitary and public order standards.
